MailBridge is built so there is almost nothing to have a privacy policy about. Here is everything, in plain language.
MailBridge does not ask you to sign up or log in. There is no MailBridge account.
If you type your email into the deals form, we keep that address, where you signed up, and when, so we can send you promotions and discounts for MailBridge. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we never sell or share the list. It is stored in DevX Group's own database, a Postgres database hosted by Supabase. To be removed, click unsubscribe or email privacy@devxgroup.io. Your email address is the only thing this form collects; it never touches your mail.
This website records anonymous visit events so we can see what works: pages and sections viewed, how far you scroll, clicks on download, buy and install links, whether the deals form was opened, and how long the visit lasted. Each browser gets a random ID stored on your device. We set no cookies, store no IP address and never record what you type unless you press Send me deals. The app has no usage analytics. It checks its license and looks for signed updates. It does not report what you read or send to DevX Group.
MailBridge reads the files Apple's Mail app keeps on your disk and asks Mail to draft and send. It does not upload your mail to a MailBridge server. The built-in Ollama assistant runs on your Mac. When you connect Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, the messages your assistant reads go to that assistant's company under its privacy policy. Optional Triage is off by default. If you turn it on and select accounts, MailBridge sends each selected message's sender, subject and up to 300 characters of a redacted snippet to TypeSafe at api.typesafe.ai. Regular ranking covers unanswered threads; opening Triage Inbox can additionally classify 50 or 100 recent inbox messages, including bulk mail. Any classifier question wording you customize is sent with those requests. It never sends the full body, recipients or attachments to TypeSafe. MailBridge also checks its license with Lemon Squeezy and checks for signed updates from mailbridge.devxgroup.io.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for MailBridge purchases. They handle payment processing, receipts, and license key delivery, and their own privacy policy covers what they collect at checkout (your email and payment details). DevX Group LLC never sees or stores your card number. When an order goes through, Lemon Squeezy tells us the order number, your email and name, the amount, and, if your browser had one, the random visit ID described above, so we can tell which page led to a sale. We keep those, and a scrambled one-way copy of your license key so support can find your order without us holding a key that unlocks the app. We do not add buyers to the deals list unless you ask for it on this site.
